I've been going here since 2020. I've gone to higher end spas all over Tampa, received treatments for x 2 the price and NOTHING has beaten Essentials this far. Lauren is the GOAT for anything facials. She knows what she's talking about, never makes me feel bad for my skin (acne prone, hyper pigmentation) , makes me feel pressured to buy more than I need, and of course I come out feeling and looking glowing!I also got a relaxation massage from Erin recently and oh my goodness, I fell asleep! Perfect pressure, attention to details, and again it's not just the service itself but also how your therapist makes you feel. As a naturally timid/anxious person I felt totally at ease and comfortable.I cannot recommend this place enough.read more

Have been to this massage spa a few times now and have seen Jessica primarily who has always exceeded my expectations! However, good as she is, she was fully booked today so I was scheduled with Christian who was absolutely amazing! Between Jessica & Christian, I have never been disappointed and I’ve had a LOT of massages, but nobody has even came close to these two LMTs. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend booking with either Christian or Jessica, you will leave feeling so relaxed and will want to book your next appt with them ASAP!! She was so attentive, sweet, and I loved that she answered any questions I had about what she was putting on my face and I definitely will be coming back for facials with her. Grace was fantastic! My other half booked this massage for me last minute, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. The studio is a charming little place with multiple, tastefully decorated massage rooms. The rooms have warming mats on the massage beds and soft, ambient lighting, which really sets a relaxing mood.Grace truly knows her stuff—from start to finish, the massage was incredible. She made sure to check in with me about the pressure, which I really appreciated.Overall, I’d highly recommend her! The only small downside was that the doors aren’t very soundproof, so you can hear people in the corridor if they’re talking. Fortunately, it was pretty quiet during my visit, so it didn’t take away from the peaceful atmosphere.read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! I had one of the best massages with GRACE. I was in so much pain going in & very tight throughout my entire body. I felt so much better & got a lot of relief by the end of my massage. Amazing!! Great Customer services and bedside manners. I was in Tampa visiting due to a funeral, and share couples massage with several of my family members and they were all extremely pleased with the service. I usually go to get therapeutic massages weekly in my city. This was a great experience, any massage with hot stones highly recommend. To make the experience completely amazing, I would suggest they add a locker room to change into a bathrobe, and an actual relaxation room with recliners and warm neck pillows to let go of everything and relax before the massage and less lighting in the massage rooms and some sound and aromatherapy.read more

I’ve been getting facials with Lauren for 2+ years and it’s been nothing but a calming relaxing experience. I have been getting facials with Lauren for a while now and she is great! She intently listens to your skincare issues and is able to suggest things that would work best. Her facials are very relaxing and she always takes her time while making sure you are comfortable. I went through 3 sessions of microchanneling with Lauren and my skin has improved quite a bit. Facial with Lauren: I’ve had facials before but Lauren certainly has raised the bar for me. Her soft spoken approach was very soothing and inviting. She was very informative and made me more aware of my man skin needs. Her massages, while the masks did their work, were a nice plus. A little late in sharing but I had a wonderful experience as a new client at Essentials Massage & Facial Spa. I saw Lisa a month ago. She was friendly and personable. I had the microdermabrasion facial with a detox cleanser. It was so relaxing and Beneficial for my skin. My skin was breaking out consistently for a little over a month and I believe it was from the stress ofMy move, new job and environment. My skin immediately felt clean, less irritated and blemish free within a few days. It was Glowing! I came into Essentials Massage with horrible sciatica pain and Marja was able to work it out of my hip, leg, and foot. I plan to return each month for a "tune up"! The building is beautiful, smells amazing, and very clean. The receptionist is charming and resourceful. She makes it easy to get your appointment set up. She is very knowledgeable in her field, makes recommendations to you based on what she thinks will help your skin and really takes her time and and is gentle with extractions and applying products to your skin. I purchased a couples' massage and my boyfriend and I were given excellent massages from Daniel and Keysha (I could be mispelling their names or be botching them a bit...). I often get massages at a different provider nearer to my house, and though I love that office's work, I felt even more relaxed during and after my treatment here. I had a massage done by Marya and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. Marya was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage. I wish I lived in Tampa and could have go to her regularly. Amanda is the greatest. Because of COVID-19 I had a special request for my Relaxation massage today. As a 69 year old woman with diabetes, I merely wanted to exclude face up and hands. The original therapist informed me that I would have to upgrade to a Therapeutic massage for $5 more. She was not the least bit compassionate or understanding of my fears. It's not the money, it's the principle that I just wanted a Relaxation Massage with minimal exposure to possible infection. COVID-19, for me has caused a lot of stress resulting in Neck, Back and Shoulder pain. I just wanted to relieve some tension. Amanda was the complete opposite from the original therapist and has amazing hands. I've been going to the Westchase location since it's opening. The BEST experience I've ever had. Needed a good sports massage due to neck, shoulder, and arm pain due to COVID19 working from home, and didn’t want any fly by night commitment type of place. I did a lot of research to find a good place near Westchase, and Essentials Spa came through. My therapist, Grace, really worked my shoulders, neck, and arms and didn’t talk a lot which I love. She used hot towels also to relax my back and neck. I’ll be back! Thank you! Also the lady who answers the phone, I think Cindy, is so pleasant and friendly. First off I came over here skeptical because I haven't had a good experience with people who say they know how to massage bust Essentials Spa of Westchase mm 37304 honestly I was blown away deep tissues 45 relaxation is 3499 therapeutic is $40 Grace was my therapist and I'm a big guy I'm 6 6 320 lb most people can't handle a good massage or give a good massage and I honestly was taking back to how well and experienced it felt I recommend this place to everyone and their mama Groupon has great packages for this place I even recommend staff is very courteous professional and informative if you don't like massages but you would like one this place is I would say Icebreaker for you cuz I don't like massages because most people don't know how to give him right in my opinion this place exceeded my expectation and I had a great time almost fell asleep that's saying a lot so relaxed it was amazing I recommend this to everyone give it a try respond to my post and let me know what you think of itread more
